Our product: Here I Am

Here I Am is a discreet place to land, day or night, in the aftermath of betrayal from someone you trusted. At its centre is Willow, a warm, steady companion who listens without judgement and without an appointment.

What you'll find inside

• Willow. Someone to talk to who won't diagnose you or lecture you. Archive a conversation and start fresh any time.
• Journal. A quiet place to write, with gentle prompts when you want them, or a blank page when you don't.
• Right Now. Tools for the moments you need to feel steadier, including a 2 A.M. Survival Toolkit, breathing and self-soothing practices, and body-based (somatic) practices.
• Name What You Feel. An interactive feelings wheel you can send into your journal or into a conversation with Willow.
• Learn. Plain-language explanations of why your body reacts the way it does after betrayal, and why each tool in the app works.

Who it's for

Here I Am is for adults recovering from a partner's betrayal, whether you are still together, separated, or haven't decided. It is not a medical or emergency service.

Who we are

Willow & Cedar Pty Ltd developed and owns Here I Am. Noni Yates and David Yates created the app, and have assigned all rights in it to the company. Noni is an APSATS Certified Clinical Partner Specialist and counsellor. Their memoir, Beyond Betrayal: 28 Years, Lies, Deceit, Infidelity, tells their story.
